Problem Statement
I interned at Seattle’s Pike Market Senior Center to help raise the awareness of the organization by surveying and building connections. However, besides reaching out market vendors one by one, I found out that what prevented people from interacting with the senior center is the lack of functionality and design on the website. It discouraged people from reaching out according to my interview.
